We storyboarded, filmed and edited this video in collaboration with the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History. It features young Americans telling the story of historic youth activists who shaped our country’s democracy—from Alexander Hamilton to lesser known change-makers like Emma Tenayuca. Animation is used to highlight key moments in history and bring political artifacts to life. The museum is using this piece as a way to invigorate young voters and educate the public on young people’s continued influence on American democracy.
