We designed these flyers to help the Chicago Community Trust’s ADA 25 Advancing Leadership initiative recruit and raise awareness about its BoardLead and Members programs. The goal is for aspiring leaders with disabilities to learn more about nonprofit board responsibilities and be matched with organizations that have board openings, increasing diversity and accurate representation. The flyers feature statistics, diverse photos of individuals participating in meetings, and a testimonials. The flyers follow the ADA25 style, and we provided text-only and black and white versions to meet accessibility standards.
